The Broomfield High School Marching Band is the flagship offering of the Broomfield band program. Competitive in focus, the ensemble participates in several area contests, including the Colorado Bandmasters Association state championship series.

In addition to local competitions, the marching band also appears at home football games and community events such as the Broomfield Days Parade.

This year's production, Incantation, took audiences to the mystical landscapes of famed composer Benoit Jutras' music. Combining driving rhythms and familiar melodies with a multi-ethnic flair, the Broomfield Marching Band painted a rich musical picture of magic and imagination at work.

For the first time in several years, the Broomfield Marching Band engaged in a full schedule of summer rehearsals. The added rehearsal time allowed the ensemble to achieve more ambitious competitive goals and the opportunity to work towards perfecting the season's production.
